We strive to achieve our mission by improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, stopping tobacco use, preventing drug abuse, and promoting responsible use of alcohol.

Coordinates efforts to link patients with substance use disorder to various sources of community support.

Manages grant finances, budgets, and other fiscal needs

Facilitates communication between local organizations to bridge barriers to recovery and treatment for substance use disorder

Coordinates the Pathways to Recovery Program, assisting our communities in responding to the opioid crisis across Somerset County
