The Pathways to Recovery project focuses on reducing recidivism at Somerset County Jail, increasing access to treatment and recovery options and increasing community support for people with SUD/OUD living in Somerset County. We do this by working along side our community partners.

P2R offers patient navigation services for folks seeking recovery.

No Judgment Substance Use Treatment
The Bridge Clinic at RFGH provides 24-hour access to medication for withdrawal symptoms and overdose. The Bridge Clinic provides a warm and caring place for people to start their journey toward recovery.
